                                                        How You Can Help

Make a Donation
(including the new online Click N Give option)

Supporting United Way is an investment in our community.  That investment, combined with others who give to the United Way has the power to bring about real changes in community conditions.

  • You can give through your workplace campaign - and many of these campaigns offer a payroll deduction option.
  • You can give directly to United Way or have the United Way of Lexington-Rockbridge County office bill you monthly or quarterly. Please contact us at info@unitedwaylexva.org or call 540.463.4482.
  • And now, you can give the United E-way - an online "Click-N-Give" option where you can click right now and make a donation through a secure credit card transaction. Click here and be sure to select the United Way of Lexington-Rockbridge County to receive your donation.

Be a Leader in Giving

You are invited to join other giving leaders whose generosity reflects an extraordinary concern for our community.  The Generals' Club was organized in 1991 to foster, promote and recognize those contributors whose gifts clearly illustrate their desire to make the community a better place to work and live through an annual gift of $500 or more.  You can make a significant, positive impact on our community when you give to the United Way at a higher level.

Four Levels of Leadership Giving

George Washington Society Robert E. Lee Society George C. Marshall Society Stonewall Jackson Society
$2,500 or more $1,000 - $2,499 $750 - $999 $500 - $749

"The United Way of Lexington-Rockbridge is a major asset to our community, providing a wide range of programs and services to citizens of all ages.  Without support from United Way many of these programs and services simply could not exist and the quality of life we all cherish would diminish for many.  Your leadership gift will make it possible for all members of our community to participate in a full, richer, and more satisfying life."
                                                                           Dr. Mimi Milner Elrod
                                                                           Honorary Generals' Club Chairperson, 2005
